Disrupting Workplace Stress and Anxiety: Budget-Friendly Strategies for Improving Employee Wellness

A 2019 AIS study showed that 80% of workers feel stress on the job. Of those that self identified as stressed at work, nearly half say they need help in learning how to manage stress and 42% say their coworkers need such help. I'd like to think these statistics are shocking - but they aren't really, are they? Most of us are incredibly stressed at work.

Luckily, there are simple things we can do to curb this epidemic without launching a full-on employee wellness program. While in-depth programs are incredibly, they are often difficult and expensive to rollout across entire organizations. Workplace Wellness Specialist Danielle Nicole McGhee saw this struggle and approaches the problem from a different angle - teaching individuals and teams simple techniques they can use at their desk to reduce daily stress and anxiety.

This month, Danielle will be teaching these individual techniques to our Culture Catalyst attendees, leaving us all a little more equipt to handle our busy work lives!
