FACILITATORS
[Intro Paragraph]

Abbey Newmark (she/her/hers)
How would you describe your facilitation style?
Facilitation, to me, is about creating space that invites honesty, insight, and shared momentum. I approach every session with a blend of structure and flexibility, guiding groups through meaningful conversations while staying responsive to what’s unfolding in the room.
Whether we’re navigating complex topics or building new skills, I create room for both individual reflection and collaborative discovery. My style is approachable, thoughtful, and grounded in real-world relevance, so people walk away with ideas they can immediately use and the motivation to keep growing. The ultimate goal: a space where people feel empowered to show up fully and move forward with confidence.

When I facilitate, I focus on being adaptive and responsive to the unique needs of the group. Whether it’s adjusting the pace, shifting activities, or diving deeper into specific topics, I ensure that the session flows naturally and keeps participants energized and engaged. I take cues from the group’s energy and engagement levels to create an environment where everyone feels supported and empowered to contribute.
I also bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to my sessions. Using a mix of humor, storytelling, and dynamic activities, I aim to keep participants motivated and excited about the work we’re doing together. At the same time, I prioritize active listening and creating a safe, inclusive space for open sharing. Mildred Fischli (she/her)
How would you describe your facilitation style?
When I facilitate group sessions, I prioritize active participation and meaningful conversation in a space that feels safe, respectful, and energizing. My goal is to create an environment where people feel seen and heard—free to share real perspectives, ask big questions, and even laugh a little along the way.
With senior leaders, I take a coaching approach— blending curiosity, presence, and challenge. I ask thoughtful questions that spark reflection, and I gently challenge assumptions, when needed, to help shift stuck mindsets or unlock new insights.
Every session ends with intention: I invite each participant to name one key learning/insight and one actionable next step. It’s a simple yet powerful practice that fosters accountability, so people leave the session inspired and equipped to apply new behaviors and mindsets with lasting impact.
In a few sentences, what is something you're passionate about outside of work?
I’ve always been fascinated by people—our inner lives, cultural stories, and the way we connect. That same curiosity shows up outside of work too: I’m an avid reader of books on psychology, purpose, and the social threads that shape us. I am also a foodie, who loves cooking, savoring, and sharing good food (especially good desserts!)
