About the event
According to Buffer's recently released State of the Remote Worker, 40% of employers today offer at least part-time flexible work for their employees. That said, a staggering 91% of business owners responded that they intend to support remote working in the future. There's no question that businesses today are faced with the unique challenge of building intentional culture on teams with remote workers.
This month, we'll be exploring what remote work looks like for both bosses and employees. Specifically, we'll dive into what considerations you should be addressing and what strategies you should be utilizing to build relationship between coworkers who aren't sharing stories face-to-face in the lunchroom.
